I’ve been a trainer in Santa Barbara since 2010, but nothing gives me more satisfaction than helping residents improve their quality of life, strength, balance, self esteem, athletic ability, confidence, and of course the aging process. Although I was hired to focus on resident fitness and strength, Valle Verde has also supported my ideas to offer team member exercise and nutrition programs.
